The title says it all. I made guards tougher in Morrowind. The mod requires Morrowind only.

It significantly increases the levels of Imperial guards, Hlaalu guards, Redoran Guards, Telvanni guards and Ordinators. You might want to think twice before resisting arrest or looting the Great House vaults in Vivec. Specific details in the Read Me.

Obviously, this will conflict with any mod that changes the guards.

This seems to be bug free in my game, but if you find any, let me know so I can see about fixing it.
